The new PCDJ software is built with VRM (Virtual
Rack Mount) technology that gives today’s
professional the versatility to switch, add and
build music components into their PCDJ music performance
software. PCDJ is built up of individual rack
spaces that all work hand in hand to provide a
professional performance machine. The VRM plugins
install as a virtual rack within the interface
and interacts between the other working software
components. Now a KJ or DJ can build their product

What
is MP3+G/WMA+G?
These formats are a way of storing CD+G (Karaoke
CD) tracks on your computer. A CD+G disc is a standard
audio CD plus graphics, and a typical CD+G
disc can hold around 700MB of information - making
it very difficult to store on your computer. The
answer is MP3+G/WMA+G.
MP3+G
actually consist of two files; an MP3 file and a
CDG file. Both files must have the same "base"
name (the part before the extension) in order to
be properly played back. WMA+G is the same, but
the audio part is compressed using Microsoft's Windows
Media format. |
